operation with no more than 3 partners who are clear about their own
duties.

06Deliver cash deposit in accordance with the
regulations of franchise management. The cash deposit shall be returned when the
cooperation is terminated (Please refer to the investment standards for more
details).

07Deliver the brand cash deposit according to
related standard.
